Maybe its just my own personal sensitivity, but the vibration for the internal part didn’t do anything for me, and the clit part was impossible to position correctly (and is super loud). It only really works for me if I only use it externally, and if I do use it internally and try to position the suction part I end up spotting afterwards (because the toy requires full penetration in order for the suction to align)
