Returns and 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Because these are intimate products, returns and refunds are not generally accepted outside the 60-day Money-Back Guarantee described below.

• Orders shipped to the United States: Eligible Money-Back requests must be received within 60 days of delivery. Refunds cover the purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Orders shipped outside the United States: All sales are final.
• Defective, damaged, missing or incorrectly shipped items: Contact support@depthsex.com within 30 days of delivery so we can review a replacement request.

Please read the complete Refund and Returns Policy before ordering.
