This is definitely not for beginners but a very nice toy indeed. This makes a nice toy for deep throating. The raised veins are not to harsh on the throat which was my first thought and the head is silky smooth but not too soft so it pushes easily past the esophagus area. There is nothing internal other than the tube to worry about breaking inside your throat. It’s just a nice chunk of meat to play with. I haven’t tried any lubes yet and have another that’s tube is a larger diameter and will squirt the fake semen. Surely if anything was diluted enough it would pass through the tube though.
