How it works
Collect a fresh semen sample in the supplied cup.
Allow the sample to liquefy for 60 minutes.
Transfer 0.05 mL of sample into the diluent tube.
Mix thoroughly, then add 3 drops to the sample well on the cassette.
Read the result at 5 minutes. Results interpreted after 10 minutes are invalid.

Positive — C and T lines appear Indicates that sperm concentration is at or above the test’s reference threshold.

Invalid — no C control line The test did not run correctly. Repeat with a new test and follow the instructions carefully.
